There is definitely padding/margin changes on hover. When you hover over one of the workshop track tabs you can notice the size change.

If Bootcamp tab is selected and you're scaled down the active highlight color doesn't fill the entire tab.

I performed a Google search for "Gophercon 2016" to quickly get to the GopherCon site. Google helpfully offered links under the main Gophercon result: Gophercon 2016 CFP, Location, Gophercon 2015, News, July 9th Day 2, Speakers.

It looks like these pages are not intended to be used for Gophercon 2016 and contain stale information. I clicked "Location" to get more information and much of the content and images are broken.

Should these pages be updated or have their location redirected?

We should put a place on this page, or potentially it's own page to call out some of the volunteers that help us in significant ways.

Maybe some official titles as well CFP Committee Chair, etc.

when viewing a single sponsor the logos aren't centered above or placed to the left. /sponsor/bronze/ardan/ as an example.

We should mention somewhere that meals are provided. It seems to be a lesser known detail.

copied the html from last year's site to /2014. All of the links are bad, and need to remove the ability to register, submit proposals, etc. Convert the /2014 folder to an archive of what was there.

Add Kelsey to the site as MC.

Should we potentially sell tickets (even if they are free), for child care. This would give us a better idea about any space / staff requirements we'd have.

Talks should be collapsed, and expanded on click, this will allow the user to see more of the schedule at once, and click to see the talk abstract.

Need better / more content.

We need details about all the other events going on this week in addition to our social events.

We need more details somewhere, about the venue and travel information.

We need a details summary of hack day, potentially a sign up form for lightning talks. Reuse the CFP process?

This needs work, more content, etc.

The speakers should be filled in based on speaker articles. Keynote speakers as well, maybe look at a Param to filter the modules appropriately.

Possibly do a mask of a picture from gophercon last year behind the sponsors and/or speakers?

@davecheney suggested linking slides up with slides="url" on each speaker. What would this look like visually?

We should have a page that talks about our commitment to diversity and our scholarship fund. Maybe a link off to the Gopher Academy site with more details as we're trying to draw in donations to help other conferences bring in speakers.

Maybe also push speakers and keynotes into one and have it be a carousel?
