We will be continuing to develop Goonstation as a closed-source project. Maintaining both this source tree and our private one would be more of an investment in terms of time and effort than we are willing to undertake. PRs to this repository will be automatically closed.

Spaghetti code intensifies

Stop tacking your tangled spaghetti code onto the already messy official(tm) goon spaghetti code. Only they are allowed to do that.

Numbers station system requires api

Not sure this is intentional, but it seems that the data for this event requires data found on the goonstation server.

is this AGPLv3 Richard Stallman Guy Fieri certified?

My son's server box is allergic to artificial compilers, and can only digest whole bytecode organic free-range vegan no-additives DMB files. Will this be OK? Because my local book club meeting at our church this last Sunday said that goon station was going to corrupt the youth and destroy their gastrointestinal systems, and I can't have that happening to my poor Servo.

Licensing

This is likely something that can't be handled, but I'm going to submit an issue report for it, just in case.

99% of the active codebases out there are all AGPLv3 in terms of licensing---with the license used for this codebase being CC by-nc-sa, well, it makes licensing difficult for other codebases wishing to utilize from this. CC by-nc-sa is a non-software license and is technically incompatible with AGPLv3.

This problem came up when the process scheduler was initially released: https://github.com/goonstation/ProcessScheduler. The issue was ultimately resolved by converting the code over to AGPLv3.
