Seems that Semantic Release workflow using cycjimmy/semantic-release-action@v2 is broken and needs updating to cycjimmy/semantic-release-action@v3.

We can update the /sync-files folder to efficiently update this in the repos that depend on this action.

The current behavior results in many unnecessary pushes to the branch.

Cause: https://github.com/zeke/semantic-pull-requests is no longer available as of April 2022. Alternatives are recommended, specifically the GitHub app Semantic PRs or a GitHub action like amannn/action-semantic-pull-request

Current default branch is master.

Per inclusive language convention in the rest of googlemaps organization, we should update this branch name to main.
