Add animals nicknames to students

Add an animal nickname to each student so that they are identifiable.

Make student answers be checked in Back end

Right now they're checked in client code.

Test create User servlet

Make tests for when registering a user in the DB

Load counter before start

Init student counter before the game has started so that the teacher can see the number of students.

Verify Users in Firestore

Make PR for the Servlet to register User in PR whenever they log in.

UI/UX template

We need to define a UI/UX template/library or just a certain style that we should be working on.
Early on development @pamelalozano16 used Material Design Lite for the index.html file.

Should we stick on that library from now on, should we look for another one or should we just develop everything by ourselves ?

Load students page without gameId

Allow to access a link to make joining a game easier.

Handle pages loading errors

Show more stats to teacher

Add:

Current question

• How many students have answered current question
• How many have got it right and wrong
• The answers that have been selected for current question

Init gameInstance stats correctly

When creating a new gameInstance, initiate it correctly so that it can be played.

Fix Init of Control Page Listeners

Must init currentQuestion listener ONCE game has started, not before, else there is an error in the client.

Add Firestore Rules

Add rules so that not anyone can write to our DB.

Refactor synchronous queries for speeed!!

See how to optimize time since right now I'm doing a lot of sequential queries that could be avoided with having things in memory like query params, etc.

Right now it's chained functions so it's really hard to read... I must change it to work with promises

The current pull request template is too long. It asks for a lot of information that might not be relevant for small changes (which we want to encourage).

How can we make it better?
Should we remove it altogether?
