ZopfliPNG cannot read filenames with special characters about zopfli

Workaround:
Run the tool from a batch where %1 is replaced with %~s1 (see 
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/p
ercent.mspx).

More reliable workaround:
In the batch, first copy the image file to a temporary folder with a temporary 
name, then run the tool on that file and finally move the result to the 
original location.

This is still an issue, for example on Linux, files with colons in the name fail:
