Recording: Swipe changes card when user is trying to pan zoomed text

Users with accessibility needs may use the two-finger zoom gesture in the recording screen to make controls and text bigger. Once they've done this, the UX no longer entirely fits on the screen. The only way to pan around the screen when the UX is zoomed is to swipe in the desired pan direction. However, because the recording screen reacts to swipe gestures to change the card, this makes it difficult (and error prone) to pan without also moving to the wrong card.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit audiotool on mobile browser
2. Zoom the UI by simultaneously reverse-pinching with two fingers
3. Pan the UI to the left or right to see the other edge of the screen

Expected result: UI pans to reveal the screen

Actual result: UI pans AND card changes to previous or next, depending on swipe direction
