Need to make sure that subplots do not overlap.
How to organize this better: fluidPage? fixedPage?

Eventually we need to add other checks to the data that the user uploads.
We need to ensure that:

• the first column is imported as a character type and contains unique values for each row
• all other columns are numeric
• check for missing values (how are these dealt with in the analysis steps?)

As possible solutions look at:

• the crosstalk package
• the structure of plotly objects (list-based objects) and see if it's possible to customise an interactive event from there

heatmap does not respond to change of clustering algorithm; dendrogram is working ok.

Transform: log2 (10) and None
Normalisation: z-score + etc, rlog
