create own NFC protocol which:

• writes 16 groups of HEX digits to an NDEF URI type on the tag issue #9
• upgrades this and writes the groups straight to a hex num #7
• reads the grouping and splits into groupings by delimiter, returning an array of groupings. issue #8

upon NFC button press:

• combine each pair colour with its seconds value, taking care to clean the inputted value to ensure it is a number
• make that into a string
• log the string

• if seconds is less than 10, put a zero before the number in the NFC string
• if seconds is more than 99, set the seconds to 99

• create view which allows input of colour per LED
• create line edit which allows input of number of seconds per LED
• also include a button which creates the NFC write signal

each LED button should:

• pop up a colour picker
• upon picking of a colour, update the button bg colour
