Add Apptron

Apptron is an upcoming cross-platform framework with modules for webview windows, menus, notifications, global shortcuts, etc.

It's also designed to make these functionalities available to shell scripts, which is interesting. It has a nice philosophy to it.

Would you consider adding https://github.com/zserge/lorca below webview? It's by the same author, with slightly different motivations. Lorca is a Pure-Go (no CGo) alternative to webview, communicating over chrome devtools protocol.

GoVCL is a perfect UI based on LCL

How about list them order by github star?

I'm using windows 11 and I tried to run the example in the documentation and it panics with this error:

Qlovaseed is an WIP app-development framework leveraging web technologies to build apps.
GUI's can be created by combining and styling seeds (widgets).

GoVCL is a perfect UI based on LCL

UI abstraction layer category, such as for `goey` and `govcl`

I would argue that some of the UI toolkits, especially the ones which are cross platform, belong in their own category of abstraction layers. lcl/vcls seem to be switchable to gtk, native, qt, and other, that's very much an abstraction. While goey seems to be more like wxwidgets where it picks on UI library for each platform.
