这个比较矛盾的需求，首先现在都是容器化的，所以这个配置目录最好是host主机挂数据卷给容器，那就涉及另一个问题，容器漂移，所以这不是我主张的演进方向，且不适用于多语言，建议通过OBS，将配置中心中的数据定向同步到OBS中做容灾。多配一个obs remote source。但是这个方案真的太重了，配置中心又凭什么不能做好高可用呢。可以考虑多配置中心就是2个独立的配置中心集群进行配置同步，这样一个集群挂了也可以容灾到另一个集群，相等于主备

这个需求咨询过一些iot的产品团队，不过可能他们因为是他们是比较传统的模式，所以做了这样的备份要求，所以我也在想这个功能是不是一个主流方向，毕竟完全依赖于配置中心的高可靠这事就不一定可靠
