I found a new use case today that I'd like to implement but let us first discuss it.

They idea is that that anyone can assign itself a role (and preferably also by someone else) e.g. the ticket master of the day can in the support flow (or any other for that matter) assign itself to certain role by writing &ticketmaster or I can give the role to someone else &ticketmaster+olle.

Now anyone can ping this role using the supported syntax (@ ! !! !!!) and the notification would go to the current person assigned to the role.

If we want take it even further, we can even assign several people to to role, e.g. &ticketmaster+olle+pete and a ping would go out to all assigned with the role.

The roles can be hard coded to begin with or we define a syntax to create new roles one the fly, but then we also need a command/syntax to delete roles and unassign people from a role in case it is abused.
