Support for exporting pages of custom wiki about xowa

Hello,
I do this on a Windows machine:
(1) Follow the export instructions exactly at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:DumpBackup.php it should generate a nice xml dump file that Xowa can use. In Xowa go to Tools>Import Offline. Select other Other Wiki and Read From File. After the import is done, the text files for you new wiki will be stored in Xowa>wiki>[custom wiki name]. See screen1.jpg for example with the FreeCAD wiki.

(2) For images: Go to the folder of your wiki text files Xowa>wiki>[custom wiki name] and create a subfolder named file as shown in the screenshot. Now go to the full file structure of the wiki website and copy the images subfolder. Paste this subfolder under file and rename it to orig.

(3) Since this image folder does not have pre-made thumbs, you will need to add tools to convert-to-thumbs-on-the-fly. Simply add portable imagemagick and portable inkscape folders to Xowa>bin>[os folder]. See screenshot below. This is very simply done with Windows. (Not sure if there is a good portable for Linux.)
