Implement basic NeoPixel function

For cleanup purpose move defines, initilisations, functions to a NeoPixel.h

Fix reset circuit issue

The automatic reset circuit isn't working. This should be fixed if possible

Buttons Interrupt controlled

As all Pins exept GPIO16 allow Innterrups it is possible to make the buttons Interrupt controlled

HW: fix button 4

Button 4 is connected to GPIO15, which is pulled down to ensure correct start-up (https://content.instructables.com/FT4/3DPW/ICE0BBHM/FT43DPWICE0BBHM.jpg?auto=webp&frame=1&width=1024&fit=bounds&md=b719895c2de6d66134d8bb0cd27841e8), but this makes Button 4 potentially unusable.

Implement basic RTC funktions

• create RTC.h with the needed functions
• setupRTC
• setDateTime
• setAlarmTime function
• getAlarmTime function
• (optional) Get current time on start up from the web

Implement basic WiFi server

Clean up the main by writing an own WiFi.h
Implement the Wifi Server able to:

• Recive alarm time from smartphone (Tasker Routine) over HTTP Post
• Send string/informations to specific ESP8266 Server in the network
