youtube-tabs's Issues

Conflicts with vidiq

As the subject says.

With vidiq enabled in a normal window:

In a private window:

I don't understand why it's different, vidiq doesn't show up properly in private windows either.

There appears to be no syncing and exporting feature to save my created tabs.

If that's the case, I guess I should create tabs separately by using different versions of the browsers, which is highly inconvenient and a waste of my time. When I looked at the previous closed issue here, something about syncing to the cloud was mentioned, and you responded by making it a paid feature (correct me if I'm wrong). To be honest, I don't think that's a good idea, since many people are unlikely to pay to use proprietary software (especially if it's about to use a simple extension). In my opinion, it doesn't seem eloquent to tell people to pay you, thus I'd create a donation page and also make people not obligated to donate. I believe that choosing a good business model is always a good option, no matter how difficult it is to get it right. But other than that, I can understand your concern, as programming is so hard as it is and converting the work into some money here can make any sense with this circumstance.

So, do you intend to take care of future development? Thanks.

Extension is not working on Edge

From @kanansnote

Hi Grant! It's me again. The extension stopped working on Edge, and I'd like to know if you can investigate and fix this issue. Thanks.

I'll see if I can look into this today. Thanks for letting me know!

Adding a button or having the enter key operate to properly close created tabs after giving them particular names.

Hi Grant. How's it going?

So I have a basic idea that is related to the previous closed issue #4. My suggestion is either adding a button or making the enter key work after naming tabs.

Screenshot 2023-07-30 #175634(1)

When I try to create other tabs, either I should click somewhere to exit, which can work for Firefox, but not for Edge. In "Here", I think creating a button by calling it as "Done" or something like this would sound great to understand that it is supposed to be pressed to complete the naming process.

Hope you'll work on this issue.
