Alsa lib pcm error-- please help

Hi , I am receiving this error in my camera capture log. Camera is not opening.I am using Ubuntu and not raspberry pi. The camera doesn't open.Following is my code:

Not working on Raspberry Pi 3 b+

Couldn't get it work on raspi 3 b+.
Error: "Collecting opencv-contrib-python"
Is this really working on ARM 64 platform?
I think amd64.Dockerfile and module.json requires some modifications.
P.S.
Azure CLI is not also supported.
