Studio cannot re-open closed modules

After using a module (and close it), RailwayStudio crash openning the module again (the module instance was disposed).

When no project is loaded at startup, the plugin RS.Control is not loaded.

Create new project command

Rewrite the create project command to create new SQLite files with all DB structure using latest version.

RS not showng appropriate digital system when the system has been changed

ORM - Support for binary (file) properties

Add a new attribute to create a new type of class property supporting files stored in SQLite (to use for manuals, images, etc.).

This new property typu should implement a new class FileProperty that allows store BLOB dada, filename and also implement methods to store and retrieve the files out of the ORM actions (get, save, etc).
