Try creating a new empty folder under your Documents folder (e.g. "Passy Backups") and saving your backups there.

Android is quite restrictive when it comes to permissions and the file selection plugin I'm currently using isn't aware of these restrictions so it lets you choose any folder, even if you can't save files into it. I'm looking forward to resolving this problem in the future.
