Doesn't matter what deck I select in the importer GUI, it always adds the notes to the standard deck.

I was trying to understand the language so I went through the readme but apparently there is no documentaiont on how the syntax works. That's why I posted this.

This seems to be caused by the use of the Unicode character ŭ in my markdown file.

Hello! Thank you for this extension. Just wanted to ask if it would be possible to have cloze deletion detection when parsing the .md file via set identifier such as using double brackets [[ clozed word/ code ]] . The reason I ask this is that adding {{c1:: }} every time in markdown could get tedious.

When trying to start Ankidown by clicking on 'Tools'->'Ankidown'->'Import' immediatly after installing and restarting Anki I get the following:

EDIT:
It appears that setupChoosers() is now setup_choosers() and works slightly differently? Trying to figure it out, but might just downgrade Anki.

Currently adding a note like the following wouldn't be possible:

This would be good to have since you might for instance not want to add a hint to every note but use the same template non the less.

Would it be difficult to allow the opposite operation, ie downloading a deck to markdown files?

Hi, is it possible to import tags for each note like :

If you want to add tag1 and tag2 to every line you’re importing, add the following to the top of the text file: tags:tag1 tag2

mu目前来看这个插件太复杂了一点；Mu, the plug-in is a little too complicated;

Thank you for your work in this add on. :) I hope I find the time to contribute.

But to the topic:

Formatting doesn't work or am I doing something wrong?

1. Code blocks are not formatted

For Example:

```python
    import sys
    sys.path
```

is not rendered to

    import sys
    sys.path

2. List formatting doesn't work
3. Bold and Italic doesn't work.

Had no time to look in the code. But do you render markdown to html and then import it to anki? For me it looks like the plain text is just imported...

I had to overcome the problem that I have to build the import/export UI.
Maybe would be great to include the forms folder in the git repo.

I am on windows and didn't had make and pyqt5-tools installed.
It's a little cumbersome to get the plugin to run with this issue.

Also short install guide would be great in the readme.md file.

Should I do a pull request for this?
