memArrray reset
memArray should be reset to 18'b0 when reset becomes LOW.
The following testvectors should not work (x should be replaced by 0 as soon as reset is released):

Create other sets of top.tv
Currently, there is only one top.tv winning sequence where player 10 wins. It would be nice to have other tests where the game is a tie and one where player 11 wins.
Add gameIsDone and winner to top.tv
Add remaining expected outputs in top.tv
Create a proper gameController testbench
Create a testbench to only test the gameController module. The current one is a mess and uses memArray.
