Improve branch revision diff
In svn you can call "svn mergeinfo --show-revs eligible". So there is actually a way to get the revision diff from 2 branches in svn with this it should be able to improve the speed a lot.
Allow global install
Open questions:
- What about the config file?
- Interactive mode?
- Should we auto detect things if you are in a repository?
