When running GICA, FSL_melodic fails if the input files have different dimensions (e.g. different number of slices). [Expected behavior]

The error logs print every file name and the dimensions, and it is easy to see the inconsistency.

The user experience will be significantly enhanced if the index number (order in which it is listed in the CSV table) of the files (as shown in the Task Parameter's Data table) is also printed next to each file name appearing in the error log. In this way, the user can quickly identify the violating file and exclude it from the original CSV or the Data table in the Task parameter.

In cases such as ADNI data, where the file names are very long, and the data table very large, eye-balling the erroneous file is not easy.
