PDB-amino-acid-ratio

A console application for the estimation of the ratio of amino acids from PDB-formatted files.
A user will be requested to declare the full path of the directory which contains the .pdb files. The script takes into account only rows start with the Record Type "ATOM".

PDB-amino-acid-ratio is an open source console application available freely to all users.
