Check Versions not working when manifests in subfolder

The Check Versions function is statically looking at a bucket's main folder:

scoop-ui/main.js

Line 289 in 17f39b7

`${process.env["SCOOP"]}\\buckets\\${bucket}`,

Some buckets like scoop-extras are storing their manifests in subfolders like bucket. They will not be considered in the version check.
