We need a field function to crm.case which should show all the attachments of all the mails of the conversation.

When a mail is received referred to a Pending state case, it must be switched to Open state.

Currently remainders just provide the case number and name and a short body.

It would be great if the remainders:

• Have all conversation body
• Have the email_id header from the current conversation

This will allow us to:

• Reply to reminders and log it on the case history
• Get the information of all conversation in the remainder e-mail

• ADD conversation bodies
• Fix remainder to be sent only to the affected "user" (and maybe the BCC too)

As we have added permission to poweremail.templates and poweremail.mailbox we need to add permissions to poweremail.conversation.

ADD Markdown parser on case description for email's HTML body text

When some rule is triggered, genereate poweremail.template.

The attachments on the case-related mailboxes are stored in the mailbox object so the crm_case user can't see them.

ADD a new tab with the related documents to the case.

Maybe #25 is a way to subrive to a concrete case, but maybe some user want to subscribe to a section.

Then all the cases of this section must add him as a observer.

Currently, the body is being "filtered", removing all content on forwarded and replied emails.

Even if this clarifies the description, maybe we should make it configurable, as forwarded emails won't contain any body

Recieving a new mailbox should add all addresses to CC:

• TO
• CC

And remove section's email (if found)

The user that answers FROM the ERP should be AS FROM address but recieve a copy on his e-mail if he's on the watchers (CC or BCC).

Enable user signatures on case responses.

New emails should include the "signature" field on the user on the bottom of the mail created.

!CAREFUL!: New mails may include rule-created emails that should not include the signature
