Instead of trigger with an array param use a different approach

$em->trigger("/event/", $arg0, $arg1, $arg2);

Internally (php >= 5.3)

public function trigger($regex) {
    $args  = func_get_args();
    // call_user_func_array
}

Or increase the minimum php version to 5.6 with

public function trigger($regex, ...$args) {
    // call_user_func_array
}

At the moment we haven't a strategy to stop propagation, idea about this feature?

currently, coverage report badge in readme shown as "coverage unknown"

How can we manage "multi-events"? If a regex resolve different events we can merge all listeners and their priorities

it's to allow usage in penny, or just increase penny requirement to 5.6?

IMHO the FastEventManager\EventManager's attach method signature should be something like

attach(string $event, callback $callback, int $priority)

where priority is not mandatory and has a default value.

Undesired side effect: this will decrease the speed of the event manager ⚡
