I've noticed a few issues with it:

1. if latest sample is from 10PM, then the data should start at 10AM
2. Data average seems wrong, I've just checked the data returned by the server and average for the last 4 hours is 64, yet the graph shows 94
3. Please remove AQI year 2017
4. 12PM on the graph shows as 0PM

add logic to handle no data returned from the weather service.
2. run the weather update with AsyncTask (as opposed to android.os.Handler).
3. Run AsyncTask onResume only (as opposed to running the Handler every 60 secs
4. the layout UI still feels weird to me. I think we need to group the 2 elements closer together.
