unable to ping

I'm trying to ping or connect with telnet to my arduino uno with ENC28J60 Ethernet connected and I got time out. When I deploy Ipv6TelnetServer example on my arduino I got nice output on serial console:

created new address
FE80:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:1234
created new address
2A00:0EB0:0100:0015:0000:0000:0000:1234

I try to telnet to arduino with my mac (connected to network through wifi) using command:
telnet FE80:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:1234%en1
and en1 is my active local network interface
but I got

Operation timed out
