Extra documentation requested

Not the most experienced programmer but very excited to have a go at the code! Wondering the following:

• Where to start (after installing packages and creating the venv): what is the first file I should run?
• How to input data? I have downloaded the M2CAI dataset, but how do I input it in the code?
• Am I understanding correctly that this is not a pre-trained model, but a code for training a new model?
