Copy of the UnderStrap Builder theme, to be able to fork in case they need it. I will release an updated copy soon. BUILDER is lightweight and fast loading while giving you massive control over how it looks without having to touch any code.

New Age

From version 1.4 (next release) significant changes will begin to be made to this theme, the objective will be to maintain the same philosophy, that whoever uses it can create wonderful and fast websites in wordpress easily and quickly without having to know how to write code.
