Language Configurations

Java

The file java-format.xml can be placed anywhere. To abide by the VSCode settings and profile it should be put in the ~/.format folder. The options for this file can be found here and are archived here.

C / C++

The file .clang-format can be placed anywhere. To abide by the VSCode settings and profile it should be put in the ~/.format folder. The options for this file can be found here and are archived here.

Rust

The file .rustfmt.toml can be placed in either the home directory ~ or the rustfmt configuration folder ~/.config/rustfmt. The options for this file can be found here and are archived here.

VSCode

The VSCode settings are defined in two different files settings.json and profile.code-profile. The profile.code-profile profile can be imported into VSCode via the settings menu. The settings.json file can be copied into the VSCode settings.
