Not sure where it would have failed. Are there more detailed logs?

The new npm has this spinning loader that seems to make the DONE overwrite the receiving when the next line is printed on the terminal

How would I get detailed logs of what is being forbidden? I tried out looking for ips and all seemed to be fine. (It works).

I'm unsure whether this is due to the request from maxmind. Is the data downloaded in a single file or from multiple files?

But that's because http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoIPCountryCSV.zip returns
