include reference to nginx geoip module about node-geoip

I think the right place to mention this would be MaxMind's GeoIP site. Otherwise every geoip project would have to list every other geoip project and that would not be manageable.

@mkoryak, if people have node.js behind nginx, they can setup nginx adding HTTP field "X-Real-IP" and node.js application will retrieve IP and use geoip-lite.

this is true, and that is how i am doing it now, but i wonder if nginx module would be faster.. maybe not since i could be smart and get it once per session in node
