I pushed a fork of it just so I could get it on npm, because bluesmoon couldn't take 2 seconds to publish it. npm install geoip-lite-sam

apologies to everyone. it generally takes a little more than 2 seconds to make sure everything's working correctly ;)

Anyway, I just pushed out a new npm release. It includes a few more pull requests. Please test and let me know if it works as expected. Also note the bump in minor version. We've moved from 1.0.x to 1.1.x. I felt this was apt given the new dependencies and the updates to the updatedb script.
