builder is writing out large numbers in exponential format, which is not recognized by sim

UI bug:

1. Open a gz file in the viewer
2. Go to the "Share" tab
3. Create a Share link
4. Go to the "Debug" tab
5. Go back to the "Share" tab
6. Observe that share url is no longer there and must be recreated

cause the url is a local state that gets wiped when the component gets dropped

Aether is not getting removed from search results.

Reproduce

1. Open any character search bar and type an
2. Delete the n and type it again

Expected:

char builder shows incorrect characters when importing + overwriting

also parser errors are not cleared

need to rerun parser on input and update ui

People seem to be getting confused - should at least label it "artifact stats" with a few instructions or something.

Seems to work just fine expect when there is many mods/status getting added/refreshed, which is the case for almost all configs.

Current Behavior

some expired lines are going under frame -1.
clicking on sucrose-c6 tracks the last mod event at frame 5570 | 92.83s.

this is the main bug. where for some reason expired lines are missing.
the expired line should be at frame 877 | 14.62s

Expected Behavior

minor but the expired line should be formatted as x mod expired [f | time] where f is the mod added event.
so something like raiden-e mod expired [1636 | 27.27s] for the following screenshot.
