update command should fetch, not pull about app-gitgot

I think I prefer the "distinct separate commands" option -- changing what got up does at this point would be confusing for existing users (including me). Adding a got fetch command resolves the issue in the most backwardly-compatible way.

I'll put this on my TODO list, but would also be happy to merge a change that adds this command, hint hint. 8^)

Here's my half-broken implementation, generated by copy-pasting the code for the update command and changing things. Maybe you know more about the internals of things and you can make it fully work.

Hey, I would also much prefer fetching to pulling. I'd offer to write a path, but it looks like you have one!

(FWIW, I always use git fap from rjbs/rjbs-git, which does git fetch --all --prune)
