1. 增加一个Azure openai 配置

• API Host
• API Key
• deployment_id

2. 新建会话中的模型选择需要和配置做关联
3. 因为Azure的资源问题申请模型的时候可能在不同的IDC, 所以设计上需要考虑一下这点

这里的图片应该改成跳转下载地址的超链接，我第一反应就是点进去在这里下载。我问了另外2个人，也觉得这个点击了就能跳到对应的下载地址。
不知道这里能不能改，能改的话，会让普通人操作体验好一点~
