After filling all the credentials, user is not able to submit the form. Screenshot is attached

When we click on the code of conduct link, we are redirected to the GDG webpage

Events reference, returns a 404 response

The following link needs to be updated. Returns a 404 response as of now.

Logo and links should be changed to DSC VIT instead of GDG VIT

Add auto in name & organization and organization link

if the user is a member of GDG, then if he types his username or link, he can select the word from suggestion or else he can type it.

Change Events link in navbar
