Can we make notification defaults for all users of GCcollab, 'Email On' for everything (message, group, likes, etc.)??

creates issue for the search (unexpected behaviour that causes the GSA to recursively index the same page)

Some users are reporting that after registering for an account and accessing GCcollab, that they have to edit their profile to ensure their info, such as their occupation and organization are reflected correctly.

The dropdown info in the 'edit profile' fields do not reflect the same info that's listed in the registration page, since we redeveloped the registration page. You may recall that the fields on the registration page were tied to the domain manager plug-in. Since the redesign that is not the case. It turns out that we need to make the same change to the 'edit profile' fields. Perhaps this will resolve the issue of lost content. Any thoughts?

When uploading a file, choosing to add a new folder generates a JS error.

We need a plugin that will automatically add existing and new users to a group or groups based on email extension.

Owners of groups are able to invite people to their groups. One option is by email address. This does not currently work.

Can this be enabled/fixed?

Pulled this issue from Taiga. It appears there was discussion on adding a new button that displays the Join Group option without having to go through the Settings dropdown.

The reCaptcha does not appear on the registration page of GCcollab.

An error is displayed saying "Invalid reCaptcha validation".

This is stopping users from registering for accounts to GCcollab.

Allow government users to import their GCconnex profiles from the internal government network.

Currently, this functionality is not there. Will save lots of time when managing email extensions for GCcollab.

When you click "Action" from inside a colleague/member's profile, their name is NOT automatically inputted into the "To:" field.

In order to facilitate import of GCconnex profiles we will need a dump (table creation scripts and data) of GCconnex profile information. For now as a single dump will do but down the road we'd like to automate this process via an FTP dump out to the GCcollab environment.

It appears to be off screen on my android.

In the newsfeed, when someone joins a group, 'likes' may appear but the issue is, the 'likes' pre-date someone joining the group. It seems as those it's displaying the 'likes' of the group that's been joined.

We need a module that will allow any approved user to invite anyone else, even if the domain and/or organization are not in the approved list.

The system should also track who invited who.

Currently testing code that will add this functionality to GCcollab. It is being built as a plugin that can be ported into other Elgg environments (i.e. GCconnex).

• Create a new blog post
• Add content (title, description, ..) in English and French
• Publish the blog
• Switch the site to French (blog will stay in English)
• Edit the blog (French content is empty)

When userA sends an invite to join GCcollab via userB email, keep a list of user(s) that have been invited

The width of the text in the test group needs to be corrected for mobile view. It goes over the screen.

Port over and develop the onboarding plugin based on the design documentation.

Blogs also have "blog_tools:toggle:feature" in the action icons after post comments and before edit.

Joy suggested we default group notification emails to on. If someone is part of a group would they want emails be default or would we rather an opt-in? I'd vote for opt-out.

When you put in a job title it updates the work experience but not your actual title.

@JOutram77 GCcollab has its own home here now, development / adjusting features for GCCollab will happen here too.

New users are unable to register if the prefix to their email address is 3 characters or less. For example, the email address of [email protected] would be unable to register due to abc being only 3 characters long.

Add feature to be able to add content in both language

The end result will see GCcollab code appearing in this repository.

Shows file image twice.

Need to block the SMTP port on the dev server so it doesn't send emails when testing.

Mylene Lafleur is a group admin for the Career Boot Camp 2017 group ([https://gccollab.ca/groups/profile/7230/career-boot-camp-2017-camp-de-carrieres-2017]), but is unable to upload a banner graphic to the group.

Concerned that other group admins having similar issues.

Note, there is a banner for this group because I uploaded it.

After logging in from the login page, the browser was redirected to the following URL https://gccollab.ca/analytics/ajax_success instead of the News Feed. The JavaScript functions below were being displayed directly in the browser (invalid headers?):

This should be removed or the wet4 graphic updated. I think it's easier to update the graphic with the cross coding being done between GCcollab and GCconnex.

Currently, adding a new user from the admin backend of the site will automatically send the user a confirmation email for their new account. This should be the default option, however the option to not send this email should be provided as well.

In the members page the search is pointing to the local intranet. Should be changed to the GCcollab search page.

Originally we dimmed down the email html due to email blocking issues. I don't think HTML was ever the issue with that. We should compare GCconnex email text to GCcollab and revert back to original format. This may include some changes in the emailing functionality itself (not just the text) that sent the email in text only formatting.

Some functions do not work on the non-HTTPS version of GCcollab such as icons not displaying and the Registration not submitting properly.
