Add CashAddress

Covert all basic address types (p2pkh, p2pk, p2sh) to the cashaddress format and rename all the current address types to Legacy address types.

This possibly requires getting rid of the bech32 package as I don't think it's compatible with the bech32 used by the cashaddress.

Merkle blocks not constructed using CTOR

If a TxB spends from TxA but TxB is located before TxA in the block due to CTOR then the merkle block calculation code will omit TxB.

We need to fix this. Both in the merkleblock and bloom packages.
