Failure reading environment variable for API URL. This is because the web app is running a webserver that serves static assets, and those static assets have no access to environment variables. The solution would be to either:

Run the app with Node
Use envsubst as an entrypoint for the Docker image, pipe it into a JSON file and read the file within the app.
