I was wondering if there is an alternative I can use for the laser scanning microscope? I have a few spare drives lying around which I was wondering if I could use?

HW Suggestion

I guess that all this HW could be realized in single crystal using Cypress PSoC5 uC.
Ideal with CY8CKIT-059.
Now I'm working on it.

T2+ and F2+ reversed in the schematic?

I noticed that T2+ has a much smaller amplitude than T1+ based on the resistor values in the schematic.

Wouldn't that make that axis more squashed than the other?
