Output markup for basic input fields (e.g. text, textarea, select, single checkbox)

Change output of a radio input list:

echo $this->BootstrapForm->input('radios', array('type' => 'radio', 'options' => array(1,2,3)));

PaginatorHelper requires some modifications to match up with Bootstrap's expected markup

Change output for select inputs rendered as multiple checkboxes

echo $this->BootstrapHtml->input('selectMultiCheck', array('type' => 'select', 'multiple' => 'checkbox', 'options' => array(1,2,3));
