Looking at your project, I don't see any test cases.
The unity-test-runner action is only intended to be used with test cases that use the Unity Test Framework: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/com.unity.test-framework.html
My recommendation is to either:
a) add some test cases
OR
b) remove the test step
from unity-test-runner.

oh thanks so much, I am really sorry for the late reply but that's because of the power outage , I will be removing the test step as we do not need testing now.
