hi @galuardi can you please add a text file stating how to use this function or code.
I am working on a project related to front detection. And i will have to use my sst plots for front detection. so how to input my images to this function.

Hello,
I had issues with the source code of the functions. Therefore, I swapped my data for "satdata.RData (from https://github.com/galuardi/boaR/tree/master/data) to see whether the problem is in my dateset or the code. I get the same error with data from github when I run the boa function:

Do you know what might be the cause of the problem?Latitude is a 1D array of 369, lon 1D array of 465, chl is a matrix with dim 465, 369. I am not sure what "X" in the error refers to? Is it something to do with filter2 function?

Hello,
I followed your script which was meant to install boarR (tried in RStudio and R console) using
install.packages("devtools")
library(devtools)
install_github("galuardi/boaR")
however, I am getting an error message : "Installation failed: Timeout was reached: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds" which seems like I have a connection issue to github. I wanted to download a zip/tar/gz installation file for boaR package but I cannot find anything on github.com/galuardu/boaR/ ?
Can you please let me know if this exists? Many thanks Lenka
