set_library_permissions bug about bioblend

By looking at your stdout, it seems that the library permissions are correct, the user id is in fact the one specified, while the email is wrong. In this case, it would be a Galaxy bug.
Please, try to impersonate the user and see if you have the right access to the library.

Anyway access_in, modify_in and add_in must be lists.

Oh, I just noticed that. Forget what i said about assertions then, I must have done something wrong.
(And I will use lists next times)

I impersonated the user, and I dont have access to the library with the one I should be able to.
For instance, with the code/stdout I provided, i would have access to the library with the user [email protected] but not with [email protected].

As explained on IRC, there was a documentation bug: access_in, modify_in and add_in must be lists of role ids, not of user ids.
