Tool search in Toolshed: number total results about bioblend

@gallardoalba Added the name and owner parameters in commit e3774a8, although to the ts.repositories.get_repositories() method, not to ts.repositories.search_repositories(). Let me know if you need a bioblend release with this change.

I'm going to close this, but feel free to open an issue at https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/ about the wrong number in the total_results field.

@gallardoalba Thanks for opening the issue! BioBlend doesn't have control on the values returned in the search, so the "total_results" mismatch seems mainly a Galaxy bug.
What I can do is add support for the name and owner parameters to ts.repositories.search_repositories() ts.repositories.get_repositories(), which should give you a perfect hit: https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/api/repositories?name=red&owner=iuc
