When the user has many games, more than one page of badges needs to be read in order to extract the full list of badges. In the current state, we are only reading the first user's badge page

Although there's a single extension at this moment, the way it's being called is not scalable, there should be a pattern for extension to facilitate scalability. Ideal flow:

1. App loads extension
2. Extension is registered in a "middleware" style
3. At each call all middleware are called and run if necessary

As some parts of the application get more modularized, it becomes easier to build tests to cover the implementation.
Maybe we should consider start using mocha with sinon for that
