This is an Android App to share Plants. Created as a Community Project, Open Source and non-profit.Give a Like on Facebook

Motivation

Help to grow a green environment and make a healthier place to live. And also practice/teach Android and Kotlin Development.

We used Kotlin for the project, check how to Start

To configure follow steps below:

• Download the code from this Repository via Android Studio or command line running:

  git clone https://github.com/gabeira/Plantare
  

• Finally, to Build the Project, you can use Android Studio or from command line just run:

  ./gradlew build
  

• (Optional) To install debug app from command line use:

  ./adb install /app/build/outputs/apk/debug/app-debug.apk

Tests

There is some small tests done, but essential for the functionalities, you can run on Android Studio or from the command line, to run the Unit Tests just use:

./gradlew test

Also there is some Connected Android Tests, but this requires to have a device or emulator connected:

./gradlew connectedAndroidTest

plantare's Issues

After share a action(plant) the dialog do no close

After click and share an action, the user see a Toast "Sua boa ação foi compartilhada com sucesso!"
but de dialogue remain open.

Plantas somem do mapa

Cenário onde ocorre a falha:

Da Fragment JARDIM mudar para o fragment PERFIL, e em seguida retornar para o fragment JARDIM.

Efeito: O mapa perde a localização das plantas; e as funcionalidades do próprio mapa como localização atual e zoom.

After plant a new tree i try to share but I'm not able

After plant a new tree I try to share but I'm not able the facebook dialog just keep doing nothing and the user have no feed back, on the log it is possible to see:
/mobi.plantare E/Plantare: Don't have a plant photo to share

Possible solutions:
1-do not show share button on Dialogue if the new plant has no photo
2-show a toast with something like "Don't have a plant photo to share"
3-Share even without photo

[Basic] List of Users and what they plant

Esta lista seria o Leaderboard com os usuarios em ordem de quem plantou mais.
Ainda estou alterando o objeto do user e plantas, entao a ideia seria apenas conseguir listar em um ListView os usuarios que ja estao cadastrados.
