TL, DR; Remove the -Oz flag.

When processing files, an error will be occurred about emscripten_memcpy_big.

After investigation, I found that emscripten_memcpy_big function just simply throws an error without any actual implementation. The generated code locates at flac/src/flac/.libs/flac which is a JavaScript file without .js extension.

If we replace the function with this snippet, it will work: https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/blob/de7cbc56c3ac38b83cc3e8bbc17ac5fbb6b3bbd7/test/optimizer/applyImportAndExportNameChanges2-output.js#L194-L196 .

When searching emscripten_memcpy_big in emscripten-core/emscripten repository, I found some comments may help: https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/blob/de7cbc56c3ac38b83cc3e8bbc17ac5fbb6b3bbd7/src/library.js#L396 . I think we enabled -Oz flag, so emscripten won't generate any implementations.

After removing the -Oz flag from emconfigure command in build.sh, it works.
