Ability to override aws client endpoint url?

Hey, really cool project!

For local development we're using localstack to mock AWS services. From quick look at your code I think it's always using the default boto3 client. Is there a way of overriding the default endpoint/could you consider adding this functionality?

Batch dispatcher to Firehose

Hi Greg,

Would you be looking into creating a batch dispatcher for Firehose, similarly to the one for Kinesis? Would you accept a Pull request in the future for it, maybe?
